Source: /api/durability, aggregate only, no account needed. A leaf is one fingerprint — a character version, a work's authorship record, a binding, a piece of evidence, a signed contract, a transfer. The denominator for the headline number is records already anchored, not all records: the ones still queued are waiting for tonight's batch, and counting them would understate durability rather than measure it. 1. Download the Proof Pack

   Every character and every work has one: a PDF, the record as JSON, and the Merkle proof path. Once it is on your disk, verification no longer passes through us — the path plus the transaction on Arbitrum is all anyone needs. The anchoring notice now links here for exactly this reason.

2. Export the whole account

   Settings → Your data gives you one zip with every character pack, work, record and consent entry, in open formats. This is a commitment in the Terms (§11), not a feature we can quietly drop.

3. Mirror the daily batches

   /api/anchor/batches lists every batch; /api/anchor/batches/<root> returns its leaf hashes. That is all it returns — no account, no slug, no registry number, nothing about who registered what. With a mirror of those files and your own fingerprint, you can rebuild the proof path yourself even for a private character. Copy them anywhere you like; that is what they are published for.

• The batch files are published somewhere we do not control批次檔會發布到不由我們控制的地方 Before shutdown, the full set of batch leaf hashes and the registry digest are published to at least one location independent of this company — a public code repository, a content-addressed store, or both. These five commitments are section 12A of the Terms of Service (version 2.1, effective 7 October 2026 for existing accounts). They are contractual, not a statement of intent on a marketing page. 上列五項即服務條款第十二之一條（2.1 版，既有帳號 2026 年 10 月 7 日生效），具契約拘束力，不是行銷頁上的意向宣示。

This page is a commitment about how we would wind down; it is not a promise that we will not. Terms §12 remains accurate: the service is provided as is, with no uptime commitment. A registry that pretended otherwise would be making the exact kind of claim this whole product exists to replace. 本頁是關於「如何結束」的承諾，不是「不會結束」的保證。服務條款第 12 條仍然成立：服務以現狀提供，不保證可用性。一個假裝自己不會消失的登記簿，正是在做這整個產品想取代的那種宣稱。

A registry that only works while its company is alive is not a registry. It is a subscription to someone's memory. 一個只有在公司活著時才成立的登記簿，不是登記簿，是向某人的記憶力訂閱。
